Scope of work:

• Design and engineer the expansion of a 2 storey “L” shape building into a full size square 4 storey building.

• Perform partial demolition on existing building to accommodate for new structure anchoring.

• Reinforce existing concrete structure to support new added floors.

• Build concrete structure for new building area to achieve the 38,000 sqft of total leasable space

required.

• Renovate and build envelope of building to meet new energy efficiency code as per de-sign.

• Design and install new electrical service and distribution system.

• Design and install new HVAC system.

• Design and install new plumbing system.

• Extend and upgrade existing elevator to service all the four floors.
