Scope of work:

• Spray foam 3” of closed cell insulation on walls and ceiling.

• Supply and install of 10’x10’ powered OHD door.

• Modify electrical service and install new T5 HO lights along the shop and fans.

• Build of insulated demising wall.

• Supply and instal motors for 3 existing OHDs.

• Install 8’ liner around all walls.

• Supply and install 2 radiant tube heaters.
