Scope of work:

• Design and engineer new facade skin to revamp the look of the building.

• Build new facade as per design.

• Perform partial demolition to clear area for a new lobby, main staircase and elevator.

• Supply and install of elevator.

 

Status: Facade has been finished, elevator is still to be delivered and installed.
