Scope of work:

• To demolish existing interior walls and mezzanines on all six bays to open up the space.

• Design and install a mezzanine to create a full second floor along all building area. Install new demising walls to create five commercial retail units, common washrooms, emer-gency staircases, lobby and main staircase.

• Design and install new electrical service and distribution system.

• Design and install new HVAC system.

• Design and install new plumbing system.

• Uplifting of facade for better and more appealing appearance.

• Design and install structural reinforcement on existing roof.
